Welcome to obsess.life. Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "ToS") carefully before using the obsess.life website (the "Service") operated by Kanishk Razdan ("I", "me", "my", or "we").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

obsess.life is a web application that provides habit tracking services, allowing users to visualize their productivity in a GitHub-style yearly UI.

3. Account Registration

3.1. To use our Service, you must create an account using Google Sign-In.

3.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, including but not limited to the restriction of access to your computer and/or account.

3.3. You agree to accept responsibility for any and all activities or actions that occur under your account and/or password.

4. User Data

4.1. I collect and store the following information from your Google account: name, email address, and profile picture.

4.2. I do not collect any other personal information beyond what is provided through Google Sign-In.

4.3. You have the option to publicly share your habit tracking statistics via a link. By choosing to do so, you acknowledge that this information will be accessible to anyone with the link.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service: a) In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation. b) To impersonate or attempt to impersonate other users or any other person or entity. c) In any way that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the Service or interfere with any other party's use of the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain my exclusive property and that of my licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both India and foreign countries.

7. Termination

I may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall I be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

I reserve the right, at my sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, I will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
